Pediatric radiologists are subspecialists of Diagnostic Radiology who possess expertise in the unique diseases and imaging requirements of the pediatric patient. In addition to being board certified diagnostic radiologists, pediatric radiologists require an additional 1-2 year fellowship resulting in a certificate of added qualification (CAQ).
